Not long after their addition to the city’s inaugural Michelin selection, the chef duo behind Orlando Meats flew the coop for free expression in the form of hand-pulled noodles. The Red Panda pop-up has since been firing up fans — literally in the case of their youbo chemian — with loads of comforting carbs. At press time, their 16-foot trailer was just about ready to roll, but in the interim, you’ll find them pitching tents all over town in places like Tactical Brewing, Redlight, Redlight, the Orlando Parking Lot Party, 407 Food Fair and more.
Korgette at A La Cart in Orlando’s Milk District is a vegan delight from app to dessert, while chef Ryan McKenzie’s Parlor’s sweet and savory fare is straight-up sinful. Just check out their Instagram (instagram.com/parlor_kitchen) if you don’t believe me.
