Miami added another big wide receiver to its already talented group in the 2024 class.

Four-star prospect Ny Carr committed to the Hurricanes on Sunday, announcing his decision on social media.

Carr, who is rated the No. 11 wide receiver and No. 53 player in the class in 247Sports’ composite rankings, was previously committed to Georgia but backed off his pledge on Sept. 24. He chose the Hurricanes over offers from Auburn, Florida State and Penn State, among others.

Carr visited Miami for the Hurricanes’ game against Georgia Tech.

Carr had 62 catches for 1,051 yards and 10 touchdowns for Georgia’s Colquitt County High last season.

Carr joins a Hurricanes wide receiver class that also includes Chaminade-Madonna five-star Joshisa “JoJo” Trader and St. Thomas Aquinas four-star Chance Robinson.
