The stunning flight from a seaplane takes off from Tavares and flies over beautiful Lake Dora to the Mount Dora downtown boat docks. The 20-minute flight shows how “Lake” County got its name!
After landing in downtown Mount Dora, you can stroll the downtown shops, take a walk around Gilbert Park and Palm Island, or enjoy Mount Dora’s fine eateries.
To return, you can schedule another seaplane ride back to Tavares, or mix it up a little and return by train for $15.
